Cookies may be stored in airtight container for a week.

We recommend freezing any cookies that you are plan not eating immediately for freshness and flavor.

When ready to eat, heat in oven at 350 degrees for 5-10 minutes until warm and gooey. Alternative, let cookie sit in room temperature in the package until thaw. Remove package and microwave for 10 seconds.

Due to the perishable nature of our products, only incorrect order will be eligible a refund or exchange. Under no circumstances do we accept "change of mind" returns on perishable products.

If you have not receive your product due to you having put the wrong or incomplete shipping address, we cannot offer a refund or replacement.

If your item arrives faulty or incorrect, we require proof of purchase, and a photo of defect to assess refund eligibility. Without a photo, we are unable to assess your claim. To be eligible for a refund or exchange, your items must be in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in original package.

We deliver nationwide except territories, Hawaii and Alaska.

Priority mail by USPS, 1-3 business days post. Except during peak holidays or extreme weather conditions, some packages maybe delayed with the mail carrier which is out of our control.

We use every measure to ensure these products get to you in perfect condition, in the shortest amount of time possible.

**We mail orders Monday-Thursdays. We do not ship orders on Fridays to ensure you receive as fresh products as possible.

** Order placed after 9am on Thursday, it will be shipped the following Monday.
