POLICY

Due to the perishable nature of our products, we cannot offer a refund, return or replacement. Under no circumstances do we accept "change of mind" returns on perishable products.

If you have not received your product due to you having put the wrong or incomplete shipping address, we cannot offer a refund or replacement. Please double check before placing order.

If your item arrives faulty or incorrect, we require proof of purchase, and a photo of defect to assess refund eligibility within 24 hours of receiving the cookies. Without a photo, we are unable to assess your claim. To be eligible for a refund or exchange, your items must be in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in original package.
